Rocking the Daisies 2022 took place from 7-9 October at Cloof Wine Estate, Darling and 9 October at SuperSport Park, Centurion, South Africa. Following a two-year hiatus, the demand was higher than ever, and people showed up to see their favourite international artists, such as Kehlani, Bas, Clean Bandit, and more.
Be it outrageously over-the-top or simply on-point minimalism, you can always count on the Rocking the Daisies attendees to turn heads with their street-style choices. Fashion enthusiasts, music lovers, creatives, and industry insiders in Cape Town and Johannesburg turned up to celebrate the most esteemed designers and show off their innovative street style. Aside from denim shirts tucked into sequin skirts and leather-only shopping bags on the runways, people seemed to be having so much free-spiritedness in their selected clothing.
Everything about the show was incredible, from the setting and the clothes to the vibes and the music. The fashion statements spotted on the streets of Rocking the Daisies showcased an array of summer fashion which shared a vibrant sense of uniqueness and punk energy. From fun prints to stylish sunglasses, they did not disappoint. This season, seemingly no colours have been off limits. Many different people were spotted in neon yellow, bright red, and white tank tees, denim cut jackets, and so much more.
